Run it locally

The docs only

pnpm install
pnpm --filter @dara/docs dev

Open http://localhost:3004. The reference pages are copied from docs/ when the app starts, so restart it to pick up edits there.

Command	What it does
`make demo`	Fresh local network and database, a scripted lifecycle, and a PASS or FAIL per invariant. Leaves the stack running
`make demo-seed`	Fresh stack with demo data to explore, instead of `make demo`
`make demo-ui`	Builds and starts the web apps on the running stack
`make demo-totp`	Prints the current two-factor code for demo staff
`make demo-logs`	Follows the logs
`make demo-down`	Stops the stack and keeps its data
`make demo-reset`	Stops the stack and deletes its network, manifest and database
`make observability-up`	Adds monitoring: Grafana on 3300, Prometheus on 9090, Alertmanager on 9093

These exist after make demo-seed, with the public demo password demo-password-public. They're on a local network only, and the data isn't real.
